Olivia Valere is one of the best-known women of the Costa del Sol. She came to Marbella more than twenty years ago, and opened her leisure centre in 1997. The facilities include a restaurant -Palacio Babilonia-, a private club -Le Privé restaurant-lounge bar-, and a night club – Olivia Valere -. The Marbella’s location has become internationally celebrated and a must-visit for foodies who want to eat delicious food in a stylish restaurant.
You access Olivia Valere’s site crossing a drawbridge. Guided by candle lights, you climb up the stairs toward the impressive Palacio Babilonia, whose red terra-cotta Arab-style walls enclose a magnificent patio that serves as dining area. The décor, the fountains, the aromatic plants, the candles… all the details contribute to the dream-like ambiance of the restaurant.
The menu is populated by international dishes and a wide variety of desserts, and the wine list features national as well as international wines. Moreover, Palacio Babilonia’s expert staff will help you plan family reunions or business events.
The Palacio Babilonia has a capacity of 350, and is open only in the summer (June-September). However, in winter, the Olivia Valere’s leisure centre offers Le Privé restaurant-lounge bar, an elegantly decorated space designed by Miguel Cancio, the French interior designer. Here, we can order a dish from its international menu and dance after dinner. Le Privé has a seating capacity of 150 and is open from October through March.
