This musical event has gone from strength to strength each year, thanks to performances by talented, internationally prestigious guitarists, along with up-and-coming young names that use the festival to launch their careers. The concerts take in different musical styles with the guitar as protagonist, and are held outdoors, in different locations around the city.
The city of Elche, in Alicante, is transformed into a medieval town on the occasion of this festival, which has been held every year since 1990. International artists bring through music, theatre and parallel activities the opportunity to encounter the past.
