Trayamar restaurant in Malaga

| April 2, 2012

The Trayamar Uncibay is located in Málaga’s historic centre, just five minutes’ walk from the Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the Roman Theatre and the Alcazaba (fortress).

The restaurant offers quality and an excellent service in a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. Men will choose a formal attire -suit and tie- or dress casually -a pair of jeans- to eat here. The restaurant’s goal is to entertain customers, offering delicious dishes, a plain décor with nice tablecloths and temporary exhibition paintings on the walls.

Mediterranean food with a minimal touch is typical of this establishment. Málaga-born Dani Carnero is the chef. He presents guests with a menu that abounds with a fusion of strong but balanced flavours, as the city prefers. There’s a sample menu that is an authentic food festival. The wine list features over 200 wines from Catalonia, Navarra, the Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia and Castile. The desserts are worth mentioning, since they reflect the kitchen’s special nature. Lastly, the professional service that comes along each meal will undoubtedly meet customers’ needs.
